All products sold on this site are intended for off-road and competition use only. They are not intended for use on vehicles operated on public roads or highways.

Emissions-related parts

Some products we sell, including exhaust components, EGR-related parts, CAN bus plugs and similar modifications, may alter, bypass or remove factory emissions controls. Federal law (the Clean Air Act) and many state laws prohibit removing or disabling emissions controls on any vehicle that is registered or operated on public roads. These products are not legal for use on pollution-controlled motor vehicles.

Your responsibility

It is the buyer's responsibility to know and follow all federal, state and local laws that apply to the vehicle and its use, and to confirm the vehicle will be used off-road only before purchasing. By placing an order, you confirm that you understand this and that you will not use these products on a vehicle driven on public roads.

Fitment, warranty and liability

Vehicle make, model and year information is provided only to help identify fitment. It does not mean a product is legal for road use on that vehicle. Installing aftermarket parts may void your vehicle manufacturer's warranty. We are not responsible for any fines, penalties, failed inspections, damage or injury resulting from the purchase, installation or use of these products.
